The Frenchy costume for women is made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The pink dress features a turn-down collar, short sleeves with turned-up cuffs, and a front button fastening. A “Grease” patch is sewn on the left chest, while the right features a rectangular name patch with the words “La Coiffure” (the beauty school’s name from the movie). The waist is accentuated by a wide white elastic belt that highlights the figure. A white faux pearl necklace is included with the dress and can be worn around the neck as a key element of the movie look.

How to clean the costume?

Remove light dirt from the surface only. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild detergent. Do not rub the fabric hard or soak it.

How to remove sweat marks and odour?

After wearing, turn the costume inside out. Gently wipe the armpit, neck and other areas that touch the skin with a well-wrung damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent. Then wipe with a clean damp cloth and let it dry completely in a well-ventilated place.

After each wear, air the costume well before putting it back in the wardrobe.

Avoid vinegar, baking soda, alcohol-based products, strong stain removers, disinfectant sprays and steamers, as they can damage the fabric, print, glued or decorative details.
