Our adult costumes are available in sizes from XXS to 4XL, and for children from 0 months to 15 years. You can find precise measurements in the size chart on each product page.

Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days. For an additional fee, you can also choose express delivery, which takes 3–4 business days.

Yes, you can return high-quality goods within 14 calendar days of receipt, but please note our e-shop rules:

• Storage fee: A storage fee of 30%-50% of the item's price applies to returned high-quality goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Incorrect size: Since we provide a precise size chart for each costume, returns due to incorrect size are considered returns of high-quality goods (they are also subject to a 30%-50% storage fee). Be sure to measure yourself before purchasing!
• Item condition: The returned item must be unused, undamaged, with all consumer properties intact, in its original and undamaged packaging.
• Exceptions: Returns do not apply to special orders or personalized items, sale items, gift cards, and hygiene products (tights, socks, false teeth, beauty products).

🔄 How does an item EXCHANGE work?

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

1. Check the size chart and place and pay for a new order in the e-shop.
2. Complete the return procedure for the old item.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the documents and refund the money for it (minus the 30%-50% storage fee).
