The face is smooth, glossy, and white, with black, sharply arched eyebrows and deep red lips. A large black star is painted around the right eye. The mask is surrounded on all sides by black synthetic curly hair that reaches the shoulders, giving the head a full stage silhouette. The mask is made of 100% plastic.

The mask pairs best with a black and silver stage outfit, platform boots, or a guitar accessory – these are sold separately. It is especially suitable for a group KISS costume, where each participant portrays a different band member.
